Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for orders shipped to the United States. To request a return, email gerardopaz23@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions and a return address before sending an item.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer pays the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Please do not send returns to the address on the parcel without contacting us first.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel it before it ships; once shipped, the return process applies. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
